The art of eight limbs. Fists, elbows, knees and shins — the most complete stand-up striking system there is, taught in early-morning and Saturday classes.
Jiu-jitsu answers what happens once a fight is close. Muay Thai answers everything before that — the range where most encounters start and where most people have no idea what to do.
Thailand’s national sport earned its reputation the hard way. Eight points of contact instead of the four a boxer works with, plus a clinch game that no other striking art teaches with the same depth. It is direct, it is efficient, and it does not rely on being the bigger person in the room.
Our classes run early — 6:00 AM Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM Saturday. It is a real commitment and the people who show up at that hour tend to be the reason the room is worth training in.

Punches, elbows, knees and kicks as one connected system — not a boxing class with a kick bolted on.
The part of Muay Thai nobody else teaches properly. Control of the head and posture at close range, where fights actually go.
Knowing exactly how far away you are and what is available from there. It is the difference between throwing strikes and landing them.
Rounds on pads and bags build a level of cardio that carries into everything else you do, on the mat and off it.
Muay Thai runs alongside our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme. Many members train both — ask us about combining them.
Fill in the form and we will confirm a morning that works. No card, no commitment.
Sign the waiver, meet the coach, get the tour. Wear a t-shirt and shorts. Bare feet on the mat.
You do not need to buy anything to try a class. Pick up your own gloves and wraps once you know you are staying.
Pad rounds are one-on-one with a partner. You set the intensity and step out of a round whenever you need to.
No. New students spend their early weeks on technique, pads and bag work. Sparring is optional, controlled, and only once your coach thinks you are ready.
Not for your first class. After that, gloves and hand wraps are the only real equipment you need, and we can point you at what to buy.
Real Muay Thai. The fitness is a by-product — and it arrives faster than any class built around fitness alone.
It is the most common pairing we see. Striking and grappling cover different ranges, and training both makes you noticeably harder to deal with in either.
It is. It is also over before work, and the people who make it a habit almost never quit — the hard part is the first two weeks.
No payment method, no commitment, no pressure. Fill in the form and we will be in touch to confirm a time.
